ORGANIC BROWN RICE SYRUP
Brown Rice Syrups are natural sweeteners produced by culturing cooked rice with enzymes. The product is roughly 50% soluble complex carbohydrates, 45% maltose, and 3% glucose. The glucose, maltose and the complex carbohydrates provide a steady supply of energy to the body. Rice syrups are an excellent humectants and act as a flavor enhancers – adding sweetness, but no flavor of its’ own. Rice syrup is a gluten free and hypoallergenic sweetener.

ORGANIC AGAVE SYRUP
Suzanne’s Agave Syrup (also called agave nectar) is a sweetener commercially produced in Mexico, from several species of agave. Agave nectar is sweeter than honey and less viscous. The syrup is prepared from juice extracted from the wild agave cactus. The juice is filtered to remove insolubles and concentrated to yield a sweet syrup having a neutral flavor. This syrup helps to prevent crystallization and retain moisture in foods and helps to inhibit bacterial growth.

ORGANIC BARLEY MALT SYRUP
Our OG Barley Malt Extract creates an excellent flavor enhancer, especially when combined with grains. It is produced by steeping organic barley, allowing the naturally present enzymes to convert the starches into soluble sugars. This syrup is then concentrated to produce the thick extract of malted barley.

Suzanne’s Organic Molasses is a rich dark liquid which is the by-product created during the process of refining cane sugar into table sugar. It is a superb choice to sweeten finished products such as cookies, candies,muffins, sauces and dark breads.
