Rice Nectars are natural sweeteners produced by steeping brown rice with special enzymes (koji) converting mashed grain into a smooth flavored and sweet liquid extract. The sweet extract is concentrated to create a rich, heavy syrup. No preservatives, artificial flavors or colors were used to produce our Rice Nectars.
